“Hi there!
Kaya is doing great! She is already 30 pounds, and her adult teeth
are all coming in. Her temperament is wonderful; she gets along
with every dog I've introduced her to, even with dogs that never get
along with other dogs. She is also very quick to catch on with her
training, she knows her name, knows how to sit and lay down already too.
She's 99% house-trained, except for the occasional and rare accident.
I can leave her loose in the house all night and she will still whine
when she needs to go out. Overall, I am incredibly happy with her.
My vet says her heart murmur is hardly even noticeable now, and she
predicts it will go away completely. I am so relieved that she is
healthy and happy.
Thanks for the amazing puppy,
~Lisa~
P.S. ... She sleeps in the craziest positions!” |

“Hi Karen;
”It's time to give you an update on
Darwin
's new companion. Kaya (daughter of Keya Tunka and "Looker") is
doing just great, eats well and sleeps through the night till 5 or
5:30
. She loves to play with
Darwin
, he is in and out of the house all day since we
have her. He is very protective of her. The slightest whine from her and
he will run to check it out. What a great doggie Kaya is, Kathy and I are
very pleased with her. Kathy thinks she is even smarter then
Darwin
, well I don't think so, they are both smart. lol!!
Karoline's comment, "Kaya is so smart. She already knows to sit for
treats and she loves the snow".
Kelly's comment, "she is so fuzzy and small. She loves to cuddle up
with me".
Best,
Kurt”

“Hi,
An update on Kaya at 3.5 month. She was at the doc today, all is perfect.
She has a great time being on the loose in the back yard. Lots of visitors
from the people walking dogs in the park. Today, at one point, we had 4
adults and 5 kids here playing with both by the "
Darwin
window" in the fence. Darwin and Kaya sure get along great. She came
in at 29.80 ponds, big eater she is.
Big girl already.”

“Hi;
Well, as they say, there are good days and then some not so good days.
However, I would not trade my good or not so good days with any one. Our
doggies are just the greatest.
Just see what a difference a day makes.:-) Kaya was doing
"landscaping" for us. Totally un-authorized, off course.
Darwin
did not agree with it.
Kurt”

“Hi Karen,
A quick up-date on our very lovely doggies. Kaya (daughter of Keya Tunka
& Looker) is now seven months old and almost the size of our Darwin
(son of Ultimate Ukiahya and Looker). She is a model dog, getting lots of
education from
Darwin
. They are so close to each other that it is just about impossible to only
take only one for a walk or excursion. The other day Kathy took
Darwin
to see Kristina's soccer game. Kaya was sitting on the back porch most of
the time just howling loudly and whining. They are a pair. You would not
believe how many complements we get on a daily basis while walking in the
park behind our house. They are the greatest. Kaya gets reprimanded daily
by
Darwin
if she does something he knows it is not allowed, like trying to jump up
on Kathy and such. Great dogs. Two pictures attached.
All the best,
Kurt”

“Hi Karen.
Just an up-date on our very neglected doggies. :-)
Darwin and Kaya are doing great.
Darwin
turned two and Kaya one this past two weeks. You would not believe how
many people stop us to get info about the beautiful doggies. This past
Sunday, Kathy took both for a walk while I did football watching. It took
her almost two hours to get twice around the park behind our house. With
many out of town visitors over the holiday and also people just wanting to
get out on a beautiful day, Kathy could not get past anyone without having
to answer questions about Darwin and Kaya. People are just amazed at the
calm behavior and good looks of our "kids".
Hope al continues to go well with you and the doggies. Hope to visit some
time soon.
Kurt, Kathy and girls.
A Pic. taken last Sunday of our girls and the doggies is attached.”

“Hi Karen,
We have two birthday kids here.
Darwin
is now 5 and Kaya 4. We love the doggies. Our entire activities, including
vacations, are planed around them. Don't know what we would do without
them. Life would be boring
Kurt/Kathy”

| “Hi Karen,
She is already a super mellow dog (except for during dusk -- then she
turns into turbo puppy). I know she will be just wonderful by the
time she matures. I guess the key is to keep taking her out into
public and showing her that it is safe.
The good news is that Kiska is taking beautifully to the training.
Kiska is very respondent to the positive reinforcement and she
and I are bonding even more. I continue to take Kiska out to most
every place I go. Yes, she still is nervous about car rides.
She is losing her fear of other dogs and she is gaining respect for my
kids. She is still very
timid around strangers, especially men, but Ellen has taught me to
respect that in Kiska, by realizing that a shy dog is easier to
deal with than a rambunctious "jump on everyone" dog. Kiska
is very well trained for her age and I feel that our work is making
her feel more secure… As she matures, Kiska is becoming a
wonderful companion.
Sincerely,
Vera” |

“Hey Karen,
I bought these dogs from you three years ago and I love them. They are the
best dogs. I've been thinking of writing a testimony for you about the
dogs for a while now but I just wanted you to have these pictures. I'll
get around to it sooner or later. So here are some pics, I get so many
complements on these dogs it's ridiculous. They truly are beautiful.
Thanks a lot. -Zach Clark”

“Karen:
Here are some pictures of both Nino
and Duke. He and Nino get along just great and play almost all
the time. We are very happy we got Nino a play
mate and we really like Duke. He is doing all the puppy
things like digging and some others but he is worth it.
I think he may be bigger than Nino because he is a
real chow
hound already eats twice as much as Nino and has grown tremendously
since we got him.
There is no doubt he will be a very good dog.
They are both great and we thank you very much.
Do you think Nino looks like Whitney, we both do. She
(Whitney) is what got us to get a NAID.

“Hi
Karen,
We just wanted to let you know we got home safely with our pup, Tala
Takoda
(Keya Tunka's male). He really did great on the long trip home (17
hours).
He whimpered and whined for about 5 minutes when we first left and one
more
time for just a couple of minutes. The rest of the trip he was quiet and
well behaved. He has met all our other critters (1 dog and 3 cats) and
gets along fine with them. Chloe, our lab, is acting a little jealous
but
I'm sure she will adapt. He is such a sweetheart. We've already fallen
in
love with him. He seems to be a very quick learner and is sitting for
treats already and seems to be catching on to the housetraining. We were
so impressed with all your dogs. They are so beautiful and friendly. I
would hope anyone who is thinking about a NAID would visit your kennel
to
judge for themselves how wonderful these dogs are. If you'd like, we can
continue to give you updates.
God bless you and all your staff at Majestic Views....also your furry
friends.
