SALES AGREEMENT

Be advised that the NAID® is a very social animal and almost all the time needs the companionship of another dog.  If a one dog household is all that can be owned, than the Native American Indian Dog® is probably not the right breed of dog for you, although the female of the breed seems to handle being alone better than does the male NAID®.

A $150.00 non- refundable deposit is required to hold the sex, color and hair coat length of the NAID® pup you prefer.

All monies including a certified health check must be paid by the time the pup is four weeks of age.  If there is a health issue with  the pup, Majestic View Kennels will pay for the health check and not sell the pup and will give a full refund, or a replacement pup.

The certified health check for the pup must be paid by the new puppy owner before the pup may be shipped to the buyer or picked up by the purchaser. 

Majestic View Kennels guarantees that your pup will be free from any genetic or health problems, up until the dog reaches 2 yrs. of age. Majestic View Kennels will not be responsible for any veterinarian bills and or diagnoses occurring from any pup sold.  This will be done at the puppy owner’s expense.

If a health abnormality does occur, two different written diagnoses from two different practicing veterinarians must be sent to Majestic View Kennel.  Euthanization will be paid for by the owner and a replacement pup will be provided within 9 months of the second diagnosis, or a refund on the original cost of the animal only, not including shipping costs or any other veterinarian fees.

Majestic View does not guarantee the health of any animal sold unless the new owner gives the daily supplement, NUVET PLUS ™ for dogs. 

A raw meat supplemental diet, besides a high protein high fat dry kibble is also recommended.  If owner of pup does not provide raw meat, it is strongly advised that the pup be taken to the vet a month before neuter/spay and then again a few days before the surgical procedure for a Vitamin K injection, as several female animals not on a raw meat diet have hemorrhaged during and after the surgical procedure.

 All pups sold will be free from internal and external parasites and have at least the first pup vaccination administered before leaving Majestic View Kennels. A certified veterinarian health check will accompany all Majestic View Kennel pups.    Majestic View Kennels is not responsible for any illnesses, injuries or diseases incurred after pup leaves kennel premises. 

All pups sold must be spayed and or neutered preferably at 10 months of age.  Any person or persons acting as a buying agent for another individual, or purchases a NAID for another individual, is still liable to spay and neuter the dog, and comply with all sales and conditions, even if their name is not on the original “Sales Agreement”.   Failure to comply will result  in the buyer / buyers, previous or current, paying all legal, and court costs and travel costs incurred if the owner / owners must be pursued for negligence in this binding, legal contract. 

Majestic View Kennels will refund up to $100.00 per animal upon receipt of proof of spay and or neuter from pups purchased from Majestic View Kennels only.  Purchasing 2 pups will result in a refund of $100.00 per both animals only.

All Native Americans Indian Dogs ® will be fed and treated humanely with proper veterinarian care by their new owners.  Majestic View Kennels reserves the right to confiscate any animal(s) which are not treated in a humane matter.  No NAID ® is sold as a total house dog or an apartment dog.  There must be a suitable containment area for the animal to be able to run and play off leash at will.  No NAID ® may be chained to a stationary object ( i.e. a tree). 

All Native American Indian Dogs ®, 10 weeks of age or younger, must be returned to Majestic View Kennels if they are no longer wanted by their current owners.  Majestic View Kennels will find a suitable home for the unwanted NAID ®, at the current owner’s expense and Majestic View Kennels will reimburse the owner of the NAID for cost of animal owner, if and when Majestic View Kennels can find a suitable home for owner’s pup.. 

This document is legal and binding, and must be signed, dated and returned to Majestic View Kennels when the original $150.00 deposit is made.
