Due to
countless episodes & years of disobedient, unruly, out of control
children; Majestic View Kennels reserves the right to prohibit "tours"
of the facility at any time, without advanced notice, & visitors will
be prohibited from entering the birthing facility.
Out of
control children are an indication of lack of control of the parents over their
children which indicates that the family cannot raise or properly care for a
family pet, which is totally dependent on the humans for their care &
well-being. MVK
“Karen,
God absolutely rocks! And He
listened to our prayers! I have some wonderful news that, I am sure, it won't be
of any surprise to you. :)
When we left Michigan, my mom's eye was still a bit of a problem and so we were
somewhat unsure of mom's allergies to the NAIDs. You're idea about the German
Indian Dog pup has been very well correct - it is only reason that her
one eye was swollen after the GID licked her hand and then she rubbed her eye.
But in order to find out for sure if it was a fluke, we decided to try several
more tests to see if mom was allergic. On the way home, my mom took a chunk of
the fur and breathed it in for about an hour in the car. We were amazed to find
that she had no reaction at all. So we decided to try a different approach: we
rubbed the fur on the inside of her arms (which would normally cause her to
break out in hives). Again, she had absolutely no reaction at all - no itching,
no redness, nothing! As a final test, we had her drive around in the car for
about 3 hours with fur all over her shirt. Absolutely no reaction at all! This,
of course, is on top of the fact that she played with them and had them lick her
hands and wrists without resulting in any irritation or asthma while we were
there. So, after exhausting all possible tests we could do, everyone is in
agreement that she is not allergic to a NAID - exactly what you have been saying
all along! We will certainly, 100% write a testimonial for your website for this
miracle! This really is a dream come true - a wish that had been simply that,
just a wish. I am sure you probably hear this often, but this is the most
wonderful things that has happened in years. :). . .
Again, we are just so thrilled and excited to know that we will finally be able
to have a dog! Like I said in the email prior, words cannot express how happy we
are but also, how thankful we are to you for letting us come out and see them!
We simply cannot thank you enough! I look forward to hearing from you and how we
should go forward at this point since this is all exciting new territory for us.
:)
We
hope you had a wonderful New Year, ours is starting off to be one of the best
yet! :)
God
Bless!
-Mark

“My
wife and I are big dog lovers. We had a silky terrier for 14 years. We loved him
so much that when we had a new child he was a little jealous so we bought him a
girlfriend. A Lhasa Apso. The pet shop told us she was hypoallergenic........not
true!! My wife has asthma and is highly allergic to some dogs, and all cats. My
wife had to pet the new dog with socks on her arms. Not a way to love up your
dog. She died about 2 years ago and our silky has been gone for 5 years. We
have a 2 year old daughter and felt like it was time for a new pup. I
wanted a big dog this time and so did my wife. She searched the net and found
the Native American Indian Dog on Karen's site. Hypoallergenic more than a
poodle was the claim! Being skeptical and being lied to by the last pet store it
was hard to believe. We fell in love with the photos and put a deposit down. But
there was no way we were going to trust a word of someone we never met. We drove
12 hours from NJ to Michigan to give the true test. We were amazed to see all
the adult dogs in the giant kennels, or more like a dog zoo, all were very
friendly. We went into every pen and most of the big adults gave my wife a big
hug and lots of kisses as she petted them all up. Her allergies would have made
her have rashes and hives with tough breathing immediately, followed with a
quick asthma inhaler squirt needed. We were elated to see that there was indeed
NO effect on her allergies. Karen was right the whole time. We brought our
little sweety (a Native American Shepherd pup from Golden feather & Catori) home
and she has filled a large gap in our lives. My wife can now pet the dog without
socks and even lay down with her for snuggles. Works for me as I am not the best
at snuggling :>. We feel bad that we didn't trust Karen at first, but know
she understands. We are sure that our many friends and family will be purchasing
dogs from her in the future.”

“Hi Karen,
I would like to
encourage any dog lover with allergy's and asthma to visit you at majestic view
kennels.
Your dogs were amazing I was greeted by each one with kisses to my
surprise my skin was not on fire with any other dog when licked my skin would
normally burn and turn red and I would be all stuffy and throw me
into an asthma attack. It was amazing to see I had no reaction what so ever I
didn't even smell like dog I even brought a change of clothes and didn't need to
change it truly was a great experience and I'm so excited to say I put down a
deposit on my first Native American Indian Dog.
Karen once again thank you so much.

“Hi Karen. This is Debbie Haynie. We purchased Ozzy from you back in January.
We just had him neutered and I would like your address please. Everything has
been just wonderful with him. I am highly allegeric to animals, so
I have Shitzu's. Now, with Ozzy, I haven't sneezed or had any kind of
allergic reaction at all around him!”

“Karen,
Thank
you so much for letting Brittany and I visit today. Your dogs are all so
beautiful. We really enjoyed it. We had a 4 hour drive home and had dog
hair & dog kisses on us all the way home, that's why we didn't want to
wash our hands before leaving. We rubbed our eyes and everything and
neither of us reacted at all. Yahoo!!
I
know I read on your site where a Dr. actually injected a hair solution into his
patient, I know you weren't fibbing about it, I was just was having a hard time
believing it. Well, not any more. Thanks again so much.
Lisa”

“Hi
Karen,
Thanks
so much... It was great to see both female and male NAID's together.
We were very excited to see my son interacting with both of them without
any allergic reaction. Although they are very large dogs, they seemed very
gentle towards my son. I AM SO HAPPY!!! What are
the next steps to proceed with getting a puppy from you? Thanks so
much. Kim
Thanks
for the quick response. My son is allergic to poodles, portuguese water
dogs and all the other dogs listed under the hypoallergenic category... that's
why I am really curious about the NAID, as my son met a SID and his reaction was
mild to it.”

“Hi Karen,
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. We received the fur samples and are
overjoyed to announce that my daughter had no reaction what-so-ever after being
immersed in the fur all the time. We are really excited about the potential of a
new puppy and were wondering if you could send us some information about current
puppies available or upcoming litters. Thank you so much.
Kelly”

"Karen,
Thank you for sending the fur samples. I am happy to report that neither
boy had a reaction! (Yaay!) I have to share with you how I was able to do
the "fur test" without the boys finding out about getting a
puppy.
When the samples came in the mail, I unwrapped them ceremoniously and
told them that a close family friend generously offered to knit very
expensive cashmere Christmas sweaters for our whole family. We would have to
rub the "cashmere fur" all over us first, to see if
any of us got itchy hives or stuffy noses. (Oh, they fell for it so
easy!!) I even googled cashmere to show them pictures of goats! Too
funny!
When they weren't looking I ran upstairs and rubbed the fur into their
pillows and sprinkled it around their sheets. Tee-hee! (But seriously, I
would've felt so bad if they had woke up with hives!)
Luckily though, they were fine. I am going to do another "bed
test" tomorrow night, but I think we're all set. Hurrah!!!

"...Anyone that is allergic to dogs but always wanted one should contact
you. Dewey has really thick fur. I call him my wooly dog. Kona
is silky. Neither dog sheds except for their puppy fur and I expect their
winter coats in the spring. I brush out their burs when we get back from
hiking. I probably brush out more of my own hair then I ever do from both
dogs combined. I do not have any problems with my allergies or asthema..."

“Dear Karen:
I am writing you to request that you put me on your NAID
waiting list.
My family has done extensive research into various
breeds of dogs, especially in light of the fact that my son is allergic to most
dog breeds. We are all very excited from what we have read and learned
about the Native American Indian Dog in recent months. I want to thank you
for the hair swatch that you sent a couple of months ago, so we could verify
that my son IS NOT ALLERGIC!!! to this breed of dog.
Sincerely,
W. Carey”

“Dear Karen,
We visited Mila in Vernon Hills today and met their dog. We were very
impressed with him. He is absolutely adorable, and so smart! He is
the son of Sala Toloko and Ultimate Ukiahya. It seems that I have no
allergy problems that I can detect. We are now wondering what our
next step should be. Do you have any puppies available at this time?
Do we need to make a reservation in advance? Thank you very much.
Sincerely, Kathy”

“Karen,
I've been meaning to write to thank you for sending me a swatch of fur from one
of the dogs. I'm glad to report that Adriana was NOT allergic after we put
it next to her pillow for a few nights. So, now it's a Native American
Indian puppy for sure! Yahoo!! Thanks so much. Steve”

“Karen,
I just wanted to thank you for taking time out of your
day on Saturday to show me your Native American Indian dogs. They are
more beautiful than I had anticipated and I can't stop thinking about them. With
my allergies to dogs and my asthma and the fact that your dogs didn't bother me
at all, that was great also!! My deposit for my future pup is on its
way to you. Thanks so much again. D.”

“Thank you so much for the hair sample, I am pleased
to say that there was no reaction to the hair, my husband liked that it didn’t
have a doggie smell. The Bergamasco
did. We would like to come and
visit, I am not sure if we could spend a little time w/a NAID to play and see
how they interact. And if all is
well we would pay our deposit and hopefully put on the list for 2004.”

"Hey Karen,
I wanted to thank you so much for our puppy. He is
wonderful and no allergies or asthma, with anyone in the house!! He has
even licked and scratched me (by mistake) and I have had no reaction! He's
truly sent from God. He's so sweet too. We named him Mukki which is
Algonquin for Child. We figured how perfect since he is now our 3rd child.
And it's such a loving sounding name. Thank you again for such a great
puppy, we are so happy with him!! I couldn't say enough about how much we
are already enjoying him. He is a wonderful blessing to us!! Thanks
again,
Jen, Rich, Lauren and Ashlyn
and of course Mukki"

“Good morning-
...I am pleased to say that Tim had no response to the
hair samples, at all. We had his face right in the hair itself and nothing. We
waited awhile and still nothing. I put the hairs on his arm and left it there
and.... nothing! So, we are good to
go!! Now it's up to God to give us
some girls.
Again, thank you so much for everything and I will speak
to you right after the new year. Have
a wonderful holiday and a happy and healthy new year!!
Claudia”

"Hello Karen-
A report on my severe allergies to dogs:
Thank you for the references. I was able to talk extensively with
both owners, and met one NAID. No allergic reactions at all. I
petted her, she licked my hand, and even brushed her paws on my bare arm when
she jumped up once. Normally, I would have red itchy marks on my arm where
a paw touches me, but not a single mark or reaction! Awesome!!!"
